Anyone who knows me, knows I love meat! All kinds of meat, cooked in a variety of ways. A favourite of mine is beef cooked rare.
Well over here in Paraguay they do meat! And I mean lots of it. For every meal, cooked in every way! The usual meal is meat with a side of meat.
Tuesday night saw us having BBQ cooked meal that was the size of a feast. Sausage to start. Followed by beef steaks. Finished with a giant rack of ribs. I mean Giant! The food out here has been amazing but I have to admit it may have defeated me and a diet is on the cards before Christmas.
